Discipleship was never meant to be a class or a program but about intentional relationships.   Mentoring can be a natural way to develop meaningful relationships that give Christians an opportunity and the privilege to disciple others.  Mentoring helps people use their faith, skills, abilities, talents, education and experiences so that discipling others becomes a natural way of life.  As the things of God and Jesus are talked about, studied, learned and experienced by both the disciple and the discipler, both are impacted and changed.
