Chris has a passion for seeing men reach their full potential. With over three decades of experience in church, parachurch and nonprofit sectors, Chris leads with authenticity. After working in the pastorate for over 20 years, he saw great success not only overseas but also in the United States in the area of men’s mentorship programs. Establishing a nonprofit, Fahrenheit: Real Life Mentoring, he currently serves as CEO. In this role, he helps to meet the needs of those seeking the support of a mentor as he continues to seek opportunities that call men to live as influential leaders. Chris has supported men in the areas of law enforcement, business, fire firefighters, ministry, university and service organizations. He has worked as a photographer, minister, CEO, and chaplain as well as in the areas of manufacturing and hotel sales. Diversity in his own background helps him see real people with dignity

Christina is a public speaker, blogger, and writer. Seeing women develop in areas that sets them up for success is her long-time passion. Working alongside her husband in ministry both in the United States and abroad, she brings the unique ability to relate to women in all stages of life. Christina has an approachable style and offers leadership in the area of counseling tools and resources. Having been trained in a variety of inner healing courses, she is not only passionate about the power of prayer but also in the areas of seeking inner freedom. Christina serves as a highly organized business woman who understands the stresses that women face in the workplace. She is currently working as COO of Fahrenheit: Real Life Mentoring.

Together they have raised three daughters and now enjoy the addition of a son-in-law and grandson.

Chris holds a Bachelor degree in Communications from East Central University and Master of Religious Education from Southwestern Theological Seminary.

Christina holds Bachelor degrees in Organizational Communications and Theatre from Cameron University.

They are both SYMBIS certified.
